Fray Junipero is one of the most passable avenue in Juriquilla, Queretaro.
With new developments is becoming the new office district in this city.
Geoinvesta aimed its market to office buildings. They reached us to develop a new office building typology.
The program embraced a parking lot, lobby, amenities and a generical office floor.

Due to the rigid program we did not want to end up with a modernism building office with glass facade. We decided to intervene the facade.
We worked on a script to modify the extrusion of the windows’ frame to resemble a mountain wave and fade away the silhouette of the building with the landscape.

Thanks to the grasshopper script we were able to experience with so many options for this facade.
